  • Absolutely! All sessions are virtual and I work with clients globally.

  • Energy work is incredibly beneficial, and can have amazing effects on its own! The magic sauce is when it's combined with practical strategy and accountability. Sometimes the last piece of the puzzle we need is simply an outside brain to help us implement all that fantastic work we've already done on ourselves. I combine energy work with practical business strategy and cyclical optimization — it's a completely different approach.

  • That's exactly why this works. We design everything around YOUR schedule and energy. Some weeks you'll be fired up for 90 minutes, other weeks you'll need 30 minutes of support. The flexibility IS the strategy.

  • Not necessarily! Some of my clients don't menstruate but still have natural energy rhythms. We'll figure out YOUR patterns together, whatever they look like.
